In case a participant cancels our standard cancellation and refund policy applies: 

Cancellations request received by the 15th of June 2023 will receive a full 100% refund, minus any transaction fees charged by our bank or payment services. 

Cancellations request received between the 16th of June and the 30th of June 2023 will receive a 50% refund minus any transaction fees charged by our bank or payment services. 

Cancellations request received between the 30th of June and the 7th of July 2023 will receive a 30% refund minus any transaction fees charged by our bank or payment services. 

Cancellations can be requested by email to gathering@gen-europe.org Please allow 5-10 working days for your refund to be processed by our team. 

This refund policy also applies to cancellations due to travel changes in connection with covid-19 and other covid-19 related issues. 

In case the Gathering is cancelled by GEN Europe or Nature Community the participants will be offered either:

1) a full refund and any transaction fees charged by our bank or payment services, 

2) Pay-it-forward, hold a voucher for a ticket in 2024 or 

3) donate the ticket to GEN Europe and Nature Community.

GEN Europe does not cover or reimburse any other costs associated with the Gathering including travels to and from the Gathering.
