Q: where and when can I buy the ticket?

Tickets are exclusively available through this website. Tickets are available now and can be bought here. Tickets are sold through a tiered pricing model, so the sooner you buy a ticket, the cheaper it will be! There are also special deals for youth, groups and GEN Europe members. 

q: Can i buy the ticket on site?

In previous editions of the Gathering we have had a small number of tickets available on site although we do have a maximum holding capacity in Nature Community and cannot guarantee that tickets will be available if we sell out beforehand. 

Q: Oh no! I can´t make it, Can i have a refund?

If you are no longer able to join us, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations received by 26th of June 2020 will receive a full 100% refund, minus any transaction fees charged by our bank or payment services.   

Cancellations received between 27th June – 10th July 2020 will receive a 70% refund minus any transaction fees charged by our bank or payment services. 

Cancellations received from 11th July 2020 onwards will not be entitled to a refund.

q: Can i buy a day pass?

The Gathering is a journey in building community and solutions together as one – that´s why we don´t sell day tickets. 

q: can I make a fire on the campsite?

Individual fires on the campsites are not allowed. However there will be designated bonfire places in the public areas.

q: when does the site open and close?

For delegates attending the GA, you are invited to arrive on site from 24th July, for the GA on the 25th – 26th. For those attending the Gathering only, you are invited to arrive from 27th July, for the Gathering on 28th – 31st July. All participants must leave the site by midday 1st August. 

q: can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately, the Gathering is not a suitable environment for pets. Please met alternative arrangement for your four-legged friends! 

q: Do i need to pay for food and acoomodation at registration?

Yes, food and accommodation are booked at point of registration so that our kitchens are able to purchase and prepare all meals without waste. We will do our best to cater for dietary needs which you can specify on the registration form.  

q: is the gathering meat free?

Yes! Nature Community is a vegan community and all food on site will be delicious and plant-based. If you have a specific dietary requirement(e.g. – gluten free, other allergies) you can make it known when you purchase a ticket. 

q: can I bring my own food?

Yes, anyone is able to bring their own food to Nature Community. Please though be respectful of the community´s vegan ethos and only eat animal based products in private areas.

q: can I bring my own Alcohol?

No. We want to keep the gathering as drug-free and aware as possible. However there will be bars in the evening where you can buy beer and wine on a limited and conscious scale.

q: i am a journalist, how do i receive a press pass?
