MORNING ACTIVITIES

Mandala Healing Circle – Returning to Your Creativity

Day One: July 14 2026
In this Mandala Healing Circle, participants are invited to reconnect with their natural creative expression in a gentle and meditative way. Mandalas offer a simple yet profound path to come back to inner stillness, balance, and presence.

Through guided moments of arrival, intuitive mandala drawing, and silent inner listening, we create a space where creativity can emerge without pressure or expectation. This process supports nervous system regulation, self-connection, and emotional integration.

No artistic experience is needed. This circle is open to everyone who feels called to rediscover creativity as a source of healing, inner orientation, and authentic expression.

5 elements emBODYment with Tibetan Yoga & breath

Day One: July 14 2026

You’ll experience a series of gentle, yet powerful exercises, with mindful awareness. Come, let’s emBODY the 5 elements together!

Mindful Morning Flow: Arriving in Trust

Day One: July 14 2026
In this Mindful Morning Flow you are invited to slow down, arrive in your body, and begin the day with presence. Through meditation, breath awareness, and gentle mindful movement, we will ground ourselves and softly awaken the body. This session offers a space to listen within, connect with yourself, and explore moving from a place of trust and surrender. I will intuitively attune to the group and the theme of the Gathering: Dare to Trust. Feel welcome to join and start the day together in presence and connection — a gentle invitation to trust the wisdom of the body.

Dance Wave

Day Two: July 15 2026

A Dance Wave is a guided journey through music, movement, and inner experience. The music carries us like a wave through different rhythms and emotional landscapes.

The journey unfolds in five phases:
1. We arrive, ground ourselves, and connect to the body.
2. We awaken our inner fire and vitality.
3. We let go and move through the creative chaos.
4. We open to lightness and the heart.
5. We settle into stillness and inner peace.

Nothing is required but you and your body.
No skills. No expectations. Just being and moving as you are.

Tai Chi & Qi Gong

Day Two: July 15 2026
In this workshop, we explore trust as an embodied experience—an invitation to rest into what is here, known and unknown, within ourselves and the shared field.

This particular approach comes from the mountain Tao monks, and is rooted in meditation. We will begin by quietening the mind and nervous system, settling into trust, and carrying the stillness into movement. We will be taking a deep dive into principles & foundations, and into the simple. And explore center, impermanence, alignment and release, all through cyclic forms of Taichi, and Qigong. Some more dynamic, some more still.

Open to all levels and all bodies. Practicing seated is possible.
Looking forward to practicing together!

SARAH TULIVU

Workshop Holder Bio

Pronouns: She/her

My path over the past 15 years has been mostly immersed in the study of the Taoist arts and related body-mind practices, with about 6 years living in a Tao Temple, where I was ordained a monk. Till two Masters of the tradition advised I leave, and learn to "make the world my Temple".
This journey into meditation sprang from years of working in conflict areas, where I experienced firsthand how deeply our inner state shapes the way we move, relate, love, and respond to the world.
Now here we are.

Rooting Journaling

Day Two: July 15 2026

Ever feel like your brain has too many thoughts spiraling before you’ve even left your bed? Rushing to reach your phone to fill the blank?

We invite you to our slow mornings, a dedicated time to concentrate on your roots and nurture the synthesis processes unfolding in your life. What nutrients do we need? How does our foliage get enough sunlight and air? What is essential for our natural self? Whether you journal daily or have never written before, each session offers a different reflection to help you ground yourself and share the process with others.

Numen – Listening with the more than Human World

Day Three: July 16 2026
Rooted in spiritual ecology we re-perceive our relationship with the more-than-human world. The body a tuning fork for harmonising with land in the soft and radical act of listening. Trees, soil, moss and those unseen to us as active collaborators. Through collective listening practices we are ushered into deep listening, resonance, memory and imagination as an act of collective care. Dissolving boundaries between listening and being listened to in the conscious act of being with and becoming. Dare to trust Earth by deepening our senses to the ecosystem, dare to trust each other in shared vulnerability and dare to trust the future by reimagining our role in the living interconnected Earth.

Movement Meditation

Day Three: July 16 2026

Connecting and moving from within. This lightly guided, freeform movement session provides pathways to connect with energies in the body, encouraging movement from your body’s innate and spontaneous wisdom; and invites softening of the tendency to restrict, control and contrive movement. Effortlessly unwinding, releasing, shifting and freeing up energies in the body in a held container, alongside others who are doing the same. Welcome whether or not you have prior movement or meditation experience. Includes brief periods of meditation at the beginning and end, and movement to a carefully curated playlist. This practice does not include physical contact with others.

Acro Yoga -embodied trust-

Day Three: July 16 2026
Embodied Trust is a workshop that invites you to connect and trust each other. It’s an AcroYoga space for everyone. You are invited to try it for the first time or to join and play as an experienced AcroYogi. You don’t need a partner to join.

We’re going to start with simple exercises to build trust in each other and learn to give and carry weight. In AcroYoga there are three roles. The base lies on the ground and carries someone who is called the flyer on her feet, and there is also the spotter to spot and keep it safe.

Adapted to previous experience, our journey will lead us to easy flows and more or less advanced exercises. Always in a safe space with support from each other.
