The membership fee (Step 1) is non-refundable.
For the ticket part (Step 2):
Cancellation requests received up to 30 days before the start of the Gathering will receive a full refund minus any transaction fees charged by the payment platforms (Stripe/Paypal).
Cancellation requests received up to 14 days before the start of the Gathering will receive a 50% refund minus any transaction fees charged by the payment platforms (Stripe/Paypal).
Cancellation requests received less than 14 days before the start of the Gathering will not receive any refund – unless a medical certificate or a death certificate from a close relative is provided, then a 50% refund minus any transaction fees charged by the payment platforms (Stripe/Paypal) will be issued.
Once the event has started (August 12), no refunds are made.
Cancellations can be requested by email to gathering@gen-europe.org. Please allow 10 working days for your refund to be processed by our team.
Ticket transfer: as your Gathering ticket is connected to your personal GEN Europe membership it is not possible to transfer it to another person.
Note that anyone asked to leave from the event for serious breaches of our participant agreements will not be entitled to a refund. GEN Europe reserves the right to refuse entry to the event.
