Soul Conversations

Day One: July 14 2026
This workshop offers a gentle space for connection and meaningful exchange. We’ll begin by setting the intention together and creating a welcoming, safe atmosphere for everyone. Through a few light ice-breaking games and simple dynamics, participants will have the chance to relax, laugh, and start connecting. From there, we’ll move into guided one-on-one sharings and short reflection moments with prompts and questions. As the space deepens, participants will be invited into more meaningful conversations, always sharing only what feels comfortable.

The intention is to slow down after a full day at the gathering, decompress, and connect with others in a more heartfelt and authentic way.

Trust in movement

Day One: July 14 2026
How does trust feel in your body? This workshop invites you into an embodied exploration of trust, beginning with yourself and expanding into connection with others. Through guided and playful movement inspired by dance and somatic practices, we will explore listening, attuning, and letting go of control. As we move alone, in pairs, and as a group, we will discover how trust can be felt, built, and shared. Creating space for deeper connection, presence, and authentic expression. Come rediscover the courage of leaning in and the joy of moving as one collective body.

Bring a blindfold with you 😉

The Biology of Trust: Creating a Life of Abundance

Day One: July 14 2026
The foundations of trust are created at the very beginning of our journey as human beings on Earth through a mechanism called limbic imprint. Birth and early life trauma is maybe the most underestimated obstacle to peace on Earth. In this workshop, you will learn how the limbic imprint shapes our lives, and how we can create imprints of trust and abundance for ourselves and the next generation through working with our brain in a holistic, multi-sensory way.
The workshop includes theory, the documentary Birth As We Know It about conscious birth and an experiential activity that creates a new, positive reference point of being heard in our nervous system.

What if nothing was holding you back?

Building trust through consent culture

Day One: July 14 2026
This workshop will be about consent culture and how it can help to build trust in communities. We will dream about a world, in which interactions are collaborative, and as mutually agreeable as possible and try to come one step closer to it. There will be an exchange of ideas and experiences as well as exercises with touch in a non-sexual way. You might have to unlearn some things and have the chance to practice new skills. With multiple activities we will practice to be in control of our own bodily autonomy and boundaries.

Ecstatic Dance

Day Two: July 15 2026
This ecstatic dance will have a clear beginning and end. Jake’s input will be minimal outside of the beginning and end. It’s going to be an invitation to priortise connecting with oneself, first and formost, before reaching out to the community around you. To ground in your body at this midway point of the gathering. We’ll start and finish in relative stillness, with some high-energy booty‑shaking and foot‑stomping vibes in the middle. The invitation is to prioritise what you need to land, integrate, and let flow through you. If that means connecting with others, wonderful; if it means practising dancing by yourself, that’s wonderful too.

I look forward to seeing you all there.

Improv theater- Connect, dare and trust the group

Day Two: July 15 2026

tbd (to be danced)

Day Three: July 16 2026
Trust lives in the body. So does the memory of belonging to the living world. This is a guided movement journey into (daring to) trust – the Earth as well as each other & the future – not a lecture, but an embodied practice: We experience, explore & express. We move as we are. We are as we move. Through the elements – earth, water, fire, air – we arrive in the body, feel the ground beneath / sky above & begin to move with the more-than-human: embodying a tree, the mycelium, a river, a species at the edge. No performance, but presence. We close by dancing the future: what does active hope feel like in the body before we can see it clearly? Life/Trust is not to be discussed, but to be danced

"This gathering was transformative. I feel more inspired than ever to bring back these ideas and practices to my own community.”
