We will create a space for deep listening to our longings, each other and our bodies, so you may find your own answers in how to co-create the regenerative culture you want to live in. In this explorative space you might reconnect & realign yourself into possibilities, resources or even next steps.

CLIPS incubator program for ecovillages
Day Two: July 15 2026
CLIPS is an incubator model designed by GEN Europe to support project start up and established ecovillages.
The model is designed with four different layers: individual, community, intention and structure and has developed many tools to address issue arising in each level.
Understanding the model gives you a totally new approach in observing group dynamics, not to be missed!!!

Decision making: beyond consensus and top-down
Day FOUR: July 17 2026
Do you share the experience that decision-making is both an opportunity to align your community with vision and often a source of challenges—endless discussions, polarization, and conflict? Within NGL we orient to decisions as sacred moments offering us the opportunity to experiment with integrating across differences in preferences, ideas, and power.
In this workshop, we offer principles and pathways for gathering, organizing and integrating information about needs, impacts, and resources to support decisions that work for all. We also dive into how we collaborate in our global network and the resources we offer to communities and organizations worldwide on a gift basis.
