Yes, we can!: Engaging with deep divergences
Day One: July 14 2026
Our big brains evolved to work out complex problems in togetherness with others. We have the capacity to engage with deep divergences and bridge across polarisation. We don’t, however, get supported to grow the skills, know what’s possible, and access our full potential.
Join us, Emma and Miki, on a path toward an integrative epistemology and reweaving our human fabric:

Liberation Community

Emma Quayle is a founding member of the Nonviolent Global Liberation community. Her focus is on uncovering, articulating, and building systems, processes and frameworks for leveraging our evolutionary human capacity for deep collaboration. She envisions communities as nodes of collective possibility, where we prototype and model the skills and capacities needed to take steps, within capacity, towards whatever vision we have for the world.
Miki Kashtan gave birth to the Nonviolent Global Liberation community in 2017, where she and others experiment with, model, and share principles, practices, tools, and systems to support collaboration, distributed leadership, liberation for all, and realigning with life’s principles. Miki has taught and consulted with individuals, communities, and organizations on five continents. She is the author of The Highest Common Denominator and Reweaving Our Human Fabric and blogs at The Fearless Heart.

Widening Circles of Matriarchal Voices
Day Two: July 15 2026
Step into a Council, inspired by Joanna Macy’s exercise from the Work That Reconnects, to practice listening, speaking and embodying matriarchal values in dialogue. Using four voices—your own, opposing views, the non-human and a future being—you explore what a more egalitarian, life-centered society could look and feel like from multiple perspectives. This immersive practice helps you integrate matriarchal values more into everyday interactions, strengthening community connection and collaborative decision-making. The circle concludes with a reflective sharing to honor insights and grounding in practical, forward-looking action.

We trust in the coming future. We trust in Creative Meditation as a source of energy for good.
Let us dispel the notion that Creative Meditation is something ethereal or abstract, nor does it require a purely passive and contemplative attitude. Nor does it consist merely of calming the mind. Creative Meditation is a specific form of inner action, which produces effects in the external world.
