Shaping Within – A Clay & Art Therapy Exploration

What if our hands could speak? This workshop invites you into a tactile dialogue between inner experience and outer form, using clay as both a creative medium and a therapeutic tool. Through gentle guidance, we explore how touch, texture, and shape can reveal unspoken emotions, memories, and insights. No artistic skill is needed—only openness to the process. Whether through molding, pressing, or simply feeling the raw earth between your fingers, you are invited to listen to what emerges. This is a space for self-expression, reflection, and playful discovery, where clay becomes both mirror and messenger.
Come as you are, and let your hands tell their story.
